How do I set up Outlook Express to get my email?

I am getting an error message when I try to get my email.

What is the postini Message center all about?

I get disconnected as soon as I get my email.  How do I tell it not to hang up?
In Outlook Express, go to Tools | Options.  Click on the connection tab.  Uncheck the box that says "Hang up after sending and receiving.  Choose OK.

I am getting a new computer, how will I set it up for the internet?

My spouse/kid is getting into sites with objectionable content.  What can I do?
