Hours of Operation

8:30am to 5pm Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. There is no technical support (phone, email or SMS) outside of these business hours.

Webmail
  • Webmail access via http://mail.nvinet.com.

Email POP and SMTP Settings

  • POP server: mail.nvinet.com port 110.
  • SMTP server: smtp.nvinet.com port 2525.
  • Clear text or password authentication required.
  • Outgoing server requires authentication.

Spam and Malware Software

You must provide Spam and Malware protection for your computer(s).

Payments

Payment for Internet Services are due in advance.

Wireless Troubleshooting information

If you should encounter problems with your Internet service. You should power down all of your equipment (computer, Internet radio and router if you have one) and then power them back up before calling our office for support. Many problems can be solved by following this procedure.

Downloading of Copyright Materials

The downloading of Copyrighted Materials i.e. songs and movies is illegal. If you are caught you may be prosecuted by the copyright holder. North Valley Internet upon receiving notice of a copyright infringement will make an attempt to contact you via phone or email to discuss the notice. If a second copyright infringement notice is received, North Valley Internet will terminate your account.
